All Levels
A. Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
30 second Handstand hold
30 second Squat hold
30 second L-sit hold
30 second Chin over bar hold

B. EMOM, for as long as possible, perform:
(continue for at least 10 min, if you lose the rounds finish as a 10 min AMRAP)
3x deadlift (185#/125#)
3x hang squat clean (185#/125#)
