A. Back Squat
Work up to a heavy 3 reps (good posture is a must, no bending forward)

B. 3X Tabata
Box Jump
Dips
Ab Mat Sit ups
alternating rounds between the three exercises
(box jumps should be tall but able to rebound, dips should have shoulders below elbows)
