6 x 3 Reps @ 75-80%

Rx+ do this after class
5 Rounds:
20 GHD Sit Ups
10 Strict CTB pull Ups (Singles, must drop from the bar each rep)

Weightlifting
Snatch balance
work to a heavy double

Mid hang Snatch
find a 2 RM
