B1. Kettlebell snatch tutorial

B2. 30-20-10 reps of:
Kettlebell snatch/American Kettlebell swing
Toes to bar/Med ball sit ups

(perform equal number snatches with left and right arm)

Weightlifting
Clean and Jerk
[1+2] 80% x5 sets

Clean and Front Squat
[1+2] 80% x5 sets
