-Up to a heavy double OHS for the day

B. Snatch (Full)
-Up to a heavy Single

C. 7 min EMOM
Drop weight and do 3 Reps EMOM x 7 min (Singles)

Weightlifting
1 Power Jerk + 1 Split Jerk
Work up to a heavy rep, catch each rep in full lock out.

Push Press
Work to a heavy double
