B. In front of a clock set for 12 minutes:
4 minutes of Double Unders
4 minutes of rowing
4 minutes of burpees

Weightlifting
Snatch
Work up to 75% for 2 reps, then add 5lbs per set continuing to find a 2RM
Hit a new 1RM if its feeling right

Regional
Overhead Squat Triples
Work up to a heavy triple OHS, hit a PR.

1:2 work:rest
