Partner Version:
With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
7 burpees
7 kettlebell swings (2/1.5 pood)
7 toes-to-bar

Solo Version:
6 rounds for time:
10 burpees
10 kettlebell swings (2/1.5 pood)
10 toes-to-bar

You can choose to fly solo or take on the WOD with a partner today. If you’re bringing someone new, partner up with them to give them a great intro to CrossFit!

Weightlifting

clean 75-85% 3reps x 6

deficit snatch grip pulls 90-100% 3reps x 6
