20 min to find a 3RM

As Many Rounds as Possible in 12:00:
5 – Snatch (95/65)/American kettlebell swings
2 – Muscle Ups/ 4 Pull ups&4 Push ups

*scale muscle ups to X2 pull ups and dips

Weightlifting

A. Snatch
75-85% 2 reps X5

B. Med. grip pull
100% of snatch 3 reps X5
