One week of the open to go. Lets get some hard training in the beginning of the week and be ready to tackle 15.5 on Friday.

CrossFit
A. 4 sets:
20 Bar facing Burpees
alternating sets with a partner

B. For Time:
10-8-6-4-2
Thrusters 95/65lbs
20-16-12-8-4
Box Jumps 24/20”
**Rx+ rest 3 min and REPEAT**
*Chose a weight you can do unbroken thrusters

C. **optional!!!
Squat Cleans
Work Up to a heavy Triple (Singles)
(perform this before or after class, in a different area than class is working)
