A. 5 Rounds for time:
8 Front Squats 135/95lbs (Pick a weight to do unbroken but tough.Rx+185/125lbs)
20 Push Ups (Use a 45 plate for each hand on the floor as deficit, so hands at a 4” deficit)

*Optional!! If you want to you could work up to a heavy single front squat before doing the 5 rounds! Just warm yourself up and start before class starts. Be ready to do the 5 RFT with the class.

B. 10 min EMOM
M1-5-10 Toes to Bar
M2-5-10 Burpees
