The Open is upon us lets keep up the training through the week. Take Thursday off but come in and mobilize that day so you are ready to go Friday.

CrossFit
A. Snatch
80% 3 reps X5

B. 5 rounds of 20 Burpee over the bar
Alternating rounds with a partner
or 1:1 work rest ratio

This will be time capped so scale the reps appropriately
