work up to a heavy 5 reps

B. “Nasty Girls”
3 rounds for time of:
50 Squats
7 Muscle-ups
135 pound Hang power cleans, 10 reps

*use med ball to mark bottom of squat
scale muscle up to dips or deficit push ups
scale power clean weight
