EMOM for 10 minutes
min 1, 5-10 Strict Pull Up
min 2, 4-9 HSPU
(pick a rep count and stick to it, if you fail to get your reps in one minute, turn it into an AMRAP)

15 min AMRAP
50 Double Unders
10 Power Snatch 95/65lbs
20 Wallball 20/14lbs
(rest 1 min after each round)

optional
death by Muscle Up (if you don’t have muscle ups, perform slow negative transitions with heels on floor)
EMOM do 1 rep, adding one rep every minute.
