1 x 80% of reps
1 x 60% of reps
1 x 40% of reps

Option 2:

1 X Max Effort Push-ups ( hands shoulder width)
1 x 80% of reps +0:15’s Handstand Hold
1 x 60% of reps+0:15’s Handstand Hold
1 x 40% of reps+0:15’s Handstand Hold

C. 4 x 35 Hollow Rocks

Friday
A. 5 x 3 Box assisted Ring Muscle-ups

B. 4 x 7 Strict Pull-ups

C. 5 x 10 Kipping toes to bar

D. 5 x 4-12 Around the Worlds ( left + right = 1 Rep)
