Learn the basics
All new members are required to attend 4 sessions of CrossFit Fundamentals. Through these classes you will learn the necessary movements and proper form to exercise confidently in class.
What to Bring
When you come to the club you should be prepared to workout. Bring your workout clothes and a water bottle. We will handle the rest.
Do You Need Personal Training?
No, we like all our members to feel like they are receiving group personal training on a daily basis. All our coaches are trained to assess you and correct improper movements on the spot.
Are you new to CrossFit?
If you are new to crossfit and want to try a class we will scale the workout so you can participate and discover how much fun being an Above All Animal is.
